The water varied between 66-70F. Most of the bass were in 1-5' water. Even with all the rain we received recently the lake is still very low. O'Dowd has a good ramp that was re-paved several years ago. There's only a handful of trailer spots, however; you can also park at Thole just down the road as that lake is rarely busy.
