Water temperatures were between 66-68 degrees and I believe the females are off beds and transitioning to summer patterns. We fished wind blown points using bluegill colored baits to target bass. Multiple species (bass, walleye, pike and crappies) were caught using jerkbaits and lipless crankbaits. Slow retrieve and long pauses were key to getting bites. Bass were also caught using very light weight wacky rigs fished slowly.
