Drop Shotting a wacky rig X Zone True center stick around grass edges caught fish in conjunction with a 1/2 Oz jackhammer around grass produced fish. All white or All Green Pumpkin were the best colors.

Punching grass clumps in 3-6 feet of water. 3/4 tungsten and a Missile baits d bomb in super bug.

A white chatterbait, with a white x zone adrenaline craw was the ticket last wednesday. Fished it at varying speeds pretty much all around the lake but most bites came around grass. Lake was really high so alot of fish were up shallow.

Found good fish in the river and a big one in the lake on a deep diving crank bait.

Still, we laid a beating on them slowing fishing the neko in 8-14 feet of water around weeds. This was my first time using the Sensei worm and let’s just say I already ordered 7 more packs.

I was fishing off the floating fishing platform near the State boat launch. I was casting a Berkley MaxScent Lil’ General parallel to the shoreline in 12ft of water, and popping it out of the submerged grass.
