Fished May 8th-11th Conditions- Wind: Calm to Light Skies: Overcast, Light Rain, Some Thunder Barometric Pressure: Low Pressure Settled over the area mixing with HIgh Pressure on Occasion creating Nightly Thunderstorms Air Temp: 66-90 Water Temp 72-76 Summary- Targeted Main Lake Points and Rock Ledges with Dropshot and 6" Swimbaits (MagDraft), Threw 3/16 to 1/4 oz dropshot weights depending on wind. Still some small fish spawning behind docks. Majority of fish were post spawn and moving towards summering areas. Slow rolled MagDraft across points and parrelel to ledges. Dropshot Bite existed all day long, Swimbait bite early and on windblown points, needed wind to provoke bite. Lots of follows with no wind. Wait for right conditions.
