Started fishing over weeds in 6-7 foot of water around 7:30 and started crushing them. Had constant action for almost 2 hours.

Caught 2 bonus walleyes in the 16-17 inch range flipping shallow. In the afternoon switched to the floating bogs on the lake. Found almost all of our fish in shallow water with access to water in the 5-8 foot range. The bite was good all day but best in the early morning and at sundown. Best 5 went for 8 pounds 2 ounces and ended the day with a 37.5 inch northern.
