Ended up going to one of my favorite lakes in New York to target some bass on a milfoil weed edge I found during a tournament with my 1.25oz jackhammer to crank over the top of. I let it tick the top of the grass and would snap it out of it periodically on my third cast, I ended up catching this beautiful pike that I thought was an absolute slaunch when it came to the boat. Fun fight with this toothy gator!
