Soon after the largemouth are through spawning on the lake, the Shad will begin to spawn. Target riprap and rock banks with overhanging trees. A white spinnerbait is a perfect bait when this is happening. Fish the first few hours after daylight for the best success.

Catching some nice largemouth in upper areas of the lake on a white Terminator spinnerbait in laydowns. Got on the water about 7:00 and was culling by 11:00.
