TechniqueWacky RigsSeasonSummerStructureLily PadsFirst time on the St. John's and she did not disappoint! Caught a 9.37 lb. giant! Caught decent numbers. Our spot was a well trafficked location, so we had to do something different than everyone else to get our bites. When the water is running and the sun is high, can't go wrong with a wacky rig!

TechniqueTexas Rigs (Pitch/Flip)SeasonSummerStructureDocksHad a work conference in Florida this week and got to jump in the boat with Profisherman Captain Pete T. We put on at the Lake Palatka boat ramp on the St John’s River and had a ball flippin boat docks. I started off with a Crockogator Swamp Swimmer 8” black and blue rotating between swimming that and a jackhammer black n blue chatterbait. For an afternoon trip it was hot but with a lot current from the tide dropping it positioned the fish perfect on the docks. Good time! Biggest was just shy of 6lbs but we had several solid fish.
