Caught good numbers and sizes with wacky rigs near the milfoil. Top water bite was good through the early morning and swim jigs caught some later in the day.

In the late evening the bass came out of the shallows to feed in 5-10' of water. They were hitting the wacky rig HARD. Water is a bit murky, so I was using bright and dark color 6" XZone sticks. They really seem to like the laminates. Also, the #2 VMC wacky hooks never fail me. The bass on this lake are a good fight, and using the right size hook makes the difference between boating them and losing them.
