Today, the fish seemed to be right on the edge of the weeds. This bait was set up “Texas rigged” and made it easy coming through thick vegetation.

It was a grind Saturday (6/4), only managed one solid keeper with a skipping jig under a shallow dock in the 3ft. range on the west end of the lake. Texas rig craw caught some fish but in the 12 to 13in. range along similar shallow banks with docks. Saw multiple cruising bass but no takers with a senko.
