Bass are actively chasing moving baits even in the extremely cold water. They have already started to move shallow and are holding close to cover like submerged wood and rocks. Flat sided crankbaits and lipless crankbaits are working well. Slower presentations such as spinnerbaits and jerkbaits are also getting bit.
