Throwing past the brush pile. Slow reeling it back allowing it to barely graze the top of the brush pile were the fish seem to be staging.

I would throw past but burn it till it reached the grass line then I would slow wobble to a fast retrieve keeping the bait parallel with the grass line until it reached the boat.
