With a PENN 507 reel with 80lb braid. That fish weighed 55lb. Took me 10 min to get it in the boat if not longer. The Catfish around here go crazy for live bream, and warmouth.

Jigging by and stump,laydown, brush, any type of wood cover that is in current or beside current. Soft subtle but firm approach with the jigging technique tried making it look like it was distraught in that moving water and it worked.
