Pitching a craw under deep weedy docks and slowly dragging out. Most bites came on the fall

Working the weed lines in about 7 feet of water allowing the chatter bait to sink to the tops of the weeds, then burn it and rip it through the grass. More bites happened when you cast parallel with the edge of the weed line since fish tend to hunt along the edges.

Caught close to 100 largemouth with average size between 2 to 3.5 pounds. The biggest producer was the frog fishing it over matted vegetation or walking it in open water.

Natural color looking jig with slow moving craw trailer since the water is still cold. Working it above the weeds and lean towards a lighter jig with smaller presence.

Fished a lot of docks throwing the wacky rig and caught a numerous amount of bass. Fishing off shore structure also produced some bites in 12 to 14 feet of water using the Ned rig. Bigger bites were harder to come by but that didn’t stop the fun from catching fish all day.
