    Wright Lake is part of the Otter Tail River diversion into the power plant located in Fergus Falls. Follow the flow from the channel from Hoot Lake to the small bay directly in front of the intake into the plant. A jerkbait in this small bay produced some nice fish along the line of the faster moving current.
