TO USE:
Simply slide a Stealth Silicone Tube Shield on the nose of the Tube Plier.
Compress the handles to expand the tube enough for your bait to slide through.
Pull soft plastic through plier nose to desired location.
With opposite hand pull silicone tube off the plier nose and onto the bait
