Fish were spread out and we just covered water. TONS of pike mixed in. It was almost unbearable. Long pause mid way through the retrieve was key.

Used the G Juice in the live well and the fish were in excellent shape at the end of the day. Water was 74-77 degrees and the G juice was a definite need.

Carolina right a blue Googan Bandito fished on the outer edge of vegetation brought out the Bass and rock bass. Largest fish of the day was 18 inches and average about 16 inches. Caught about 20 or so largemouth

Slow rolling a 3/8oz jackhammer along reed edges produced some big bites on Saturday to include this 5#er! Weather was partly cloudy, light winds from the SSE and mid to upper 70's. Actual trailer used was a Zman 3" minnowz in "ez money" color; the minnowz matches up perfectly with the jackhammer and the colors that have worked best for me are ez money, pearl / blue glimmer and the deal.

Fun day throwing around the A.T. Swim jig. Great time of the year to get out on the flats and bomb cast a swim jig around. Nothing fancy, I prefer the straight up cast and retrieve here. No Alabama shake for me.
