I started the morning fishing the shad spawn on rock and red clay banks. I was looking for shad spawning at the shoreline and casting the spinnerbait up into the shad. After the sun rose, the shad spawn ended, so I moved to offshore humps. I caught a few on offshore humps but the wind picked up and made it hard to fish. I decided to go back to shallow and fish wind-blown banks. I caught fish on the wind-blown banks using a spinnerbait. I ended up catching 11 bass with the biggest being 4.5lb.
