Not much happening. Got this one in the yak around 4pm. Went during the middle of the day due to time restrictions on my end. Was nice weather though. The smaller schools of shad are in the middle of the creek channels on the main lake right now. I think he bit on that tube because he had never seen one before. I figured I would try something new, and it worked out. LOTS of boats out on the water along with other Yakers. I am sure they are seeing all kinds of lures lately. Seems we have a TON of people fishing this year compared to last year.

This little bait has put some limits in the kayak this year. Caught a total of 4 keepers today, the largest being 19”. All fish were relating to boulders in 3 feet of water with slightly deeper water nearby.
