Spring is a great time to cast Chatter Baits on the shorelines and shallow points. Look for shallow rocky shorelines that have a slow taper and put your trolling motor down and start casting the shoreline. Very your speed and direction. I like to tie about 5’ or XT to the fireline as a little shock absorber, check your knots and the last few feet of line often for nicks. Good luck!🎣

Look for wind blown shorelines or Humps and use your Side Scan on your Electronics to locate fish if possible do not drive over the fish in shallow water. Put your Trolling motor down and start casting onto the Sand and Rocks on the Shoreline. Very your retrieve, starting, stopping pulling side to side, twitching. Each day is different and you will see what works better today. When you find a school spot lock and cast that area. Good Luck!
