They are spawning, but the water is muddy in most places. I made it up the Flint and the Houch and MOST is very dirty. If you find the cleaner water you will find fish. Caught all my fish on the chatterbait. I Culled 2 times for 11.40lbs. Lost 3 fish. The winner had 15.45 and Frogs were used along with bladed baits. Seminole does have clear water and some people caught good limits off the Chattahoochee. I caught my 11 Fish up the Flint River portion on flats. the Chattahoochee frogs.
