I was fishing a 200 yard stretch of submerged hydrilla. The hot spots were where you could see pepper grass starting to top out. I made one pass with a 1/2oz swimjig and would drift back over it with the jackhammer chatterbait. When they stopped hitting the chatterbait on a straight retrieve I started ripping it through the grass and got some extra bites.
