Fished Saturday from 7am-3pm, it was hot and a light SE wind in the morning that died out by noon. Water temps starting at 85 got up to 94 by the time I got off the water. The morning had a good bite on the gambler burner worm fished very slow on the edge of the Kissimmee grass. I caught a pair of 21” bass and a bunch of smaller ones. After it started getting hot I moved to offshore grass and brush piles to pick up a few more decent fish on a Zoom Magnum UV Speedworm I’m Junebug fished with a 1/4oz weight. My best five fish were 91.75” which put me in 2nd place in the Kayak Anglers of Florida State Championship.

Fished this morning from 6:30-11:30. Wind was pretty light out of the south. Water temps were cooler than I expected starting at about 84 and warming to 87 by the time I left. I fished the Kissimmee grass that was exposed to the wind in 4-5 foot of water. I did pretty well, with a bunch of 13”-16” fish and two nicer ones. The biggest at 25.25”.
