Additional comments from this report: "3/16 oz shaky heads with 7" finesse worms are working great. Find rock transitions on 45 degree or steeper banks and you will catch bass. Also, bass are relating to wood near the bank as well. Look for laydowns and stickups as well. "

Fish are moving about a bit, 3 days, 3 different patterns. Day 1, jerkbait around channel swings, Day 2 shallow - dirt - crankbait work, Day 3 shakey head in various water transitions, from ledges, to odd structure, to end of ditches. Part of this was weather driven, numerous higher finishers in the field found themselves with a shakey head or drop shot in their hands. Was a little too early for the top water bite to rule the day for the majority of the field."
