Jack Little jr

Cayuga Lake (NY)

Jack Little jr reported catching Largemouth Bass using the Texas Rigs (Pitch/Flip) technique and VMC Wide Gap Hook on Cayuga Lake. Additional comments from this report: "This bait was pegged and texas rigged with a titan tungsten 3/8 sinker. Flipping in 10-15ft on a rock pile break in the weed line. Caugh a 5lb 4lb 3lb and a 2lb bass in 4 consecutive casts by letting the bait hit the bottom then dead sticking it for a couple minutes. Then I would hope it up and swim it for a bit with a slow sweeping motion like a Carolina rig. Then repeat that. "

Metro_Mallard

Pool 9 Lake Winneshiek (WI)

Metro_Mallard reported catching Largemouth Bass using the Texas Rigs (Pitch/Flip) technique and VMC Wide Gap Hook on Pool 9 Lake Winneshiek. Additional comments from this report: "Recently fished a tournament on this pool of the river. Big bites were hard to come by found many 14”-16” fish in a small lake off of the main river. Moving a Texas rigged chigger craw through the grass got my biggest fish but got many fish on wacky rig senkos and on a drop shot."
