Robert Randolph

Mayo Reservoir (NC)

Robert Randolph reported catching Largemouth Bass using the Wacky Rigs technique and VMC Wacky Hook on Mayo Reservoir. Additional comments from this report: "During the late summer a productive pattern I have found at Mayo is to look for drainage ditches coming off of steep banks. Look for laydowns nearby or better yet over hanging trees. Flip a wacky rigged senko in and let it fall slowly. Bass can't resist it. Other options in late summer are shakeyhead and spinnebaits. Have fun at Mayo. "
