Water temps were 52 to 55 degrees in areas we fished. We also caught a couple fish on a Rapala DT-10 Green Gizzard Shad crank bait."

The part that captivated my mind was this size bass was laying shallow with the water temps at 87 degrees. Don’t be afraid to slow down and go shallow. "
