Nate Coy reported catching Largemouth Bass using the Ned Rigs technique and St. Croix Victory Spinning Rods on Spruce Run Reservoir. Additional comments from this report: "The temps were in the 95 degree range, making the fish lethargic. Reaction bites were to be had by skipping a black and blue fleck general under bushes and lay downs. But most of the bites came in 8-10 ft of water on slowly dragging a TRD. Rock with nearby grass was the name of the game."
