Omnia Community Member
Rush Lake (MN)
Omnia Community Member reported catching Largemouth Bass using the Wacky Rigs technique and Shimano Zodias Spinning Rods on Rush Lake. Additional comments from this report: "Ton of bass in this chain of lakes, I've found the bigger ones to be under the biggest docks. Get good at skipping a wieghtless wacky senko on a #2 vmc neko hook. If you can't get the bait way up under the dock you won't get bit. I pulled a 17" off the first dock. The second dock system i caught 5 between 13-16". Use spinning gear to avoid backlashes. The vmc crossover rings helps save senkos. Side note, the Crosslake campground is one of the best in the state. "
Reported by
Ben Miller
Lake Sinclair (GA)
04-02-22 water temp mid 60’s. Docks in the first half of creek arms were good for numbers. Weightless wacky rigs skipped under the walk ways and around pilings produced well. A white spinner bait in the same areas also produced but the finesse bite out shined anything reaction.

Find the darkest point of the dock/furthest back pylon and drop that wacky rig senko right in there. Couple hops, pull it out and repeat. "
