Additional comments from this report: "Trolling high in the water column in the top ten feet over 26’-28’ of water in the western basin of Lake Erie. Rapala Down Deep Husky Jerks in size 12 were best. Tennessee Shad and Purple Perch were good baits this day. Speed was 0.9 - 1.2 gps."

Additional comments from this report: "Time to break out the mid-summer trolling gear for Lake Winnebago. Schools of walleye are setting up in the mid lake (mud) basin. Crawler harnesses pulled at 1.0 mph with snap weights to get the baits down in that 12'-16' range has been effective. Locate the schools of fish with your electronics and keep working your baits just above the higher marks on your units. Blade colors of purple/gold have been effective on most days. "

Caught total of 11 walleye Trolling crawler harness at 1.1 MPH - on 16 - 22 feet on weed line structure. A bit of red on #6 deep cup blade seem to be the trigger. "
