Seaguar InvizX 100% Fluorocarbon
$29.99 – $149.99

Reported by
Chris Perkins
Lake Gaston (NC, VA)

Reported by
Brad Cain
Lake Murray (SC)
Brad Cain reported catching Largemouth Bass using the Football Jigs technique and Seaguar InvizX 100% Fluorocarbon on Lake Murray. Additional comments from this report: "These fish were located around bait however I could not get them to eat a standard baitfish profile. They are begging to stage for the pre-spawn and slowly working there way out a steady winter pattern. I changed to the jig to present a different profile then all the baitfish in the area. Just a slow drag is what produced bites. The Outkast jig has a great O'shaughnessy hook on it that really keeps the fish pinned well."

Reported by
Will Burch
Kentucky Lake (TN)
Will Burch reported catching Smallmouth Bass using the Football Jigs technique and Seaguar InvizX 100% Fluorocarbon on Kentucky Lake. Additional comments from this report: "When dragging a jig I try to experiment with different retrieves. Sometimes they like a hop or a drag retrieve. One of my favorite retrieves is a drag hop hop pause and repeat. "
Sunline Super FC Sniper
$26.49 – $159.99

Reported by
Matthew Mattingly
Green River Lake (KY)
Matthew Mattingly reported catching Largemouth Bass using the Football Jigs technique and Sunline Super FC Sniper on Green River Lake. Additional comments from this report: "Summer on Green River from May -August can be a great time to fish the ledges in the morning and night times. The mid lake area from Holmes Bend to Lone Valley traditionally have the most ledges to offer. Start searching, fishing and scanning in 10-20ft, but dont be afraid to look deeper, some can get as deep as 35-40 ft. Crankbaits, Spoons, and big worms are all great options, but day in and day out a simple Football jig is one of the most effective ways to fish the rocky ledges and get a big bite."

Reported by
Quin Motley
Lake Norman (NC)
Quin Motley reported catching Largemouth Bass using the Football Jigs technique and Sunline Super FC Sniper on Lake Norman. Additional comments from this report: "We targeted isolated rock piles near sandy flats that warmed up easily in the sun. Main technique was to slow roll a wobble head on the bottom and trigger a reaction bite when hitting structure."

Reported by
Michael Gammons
Lake Hartwell (GA, SC)
Michael Gammons reported catching Spotted Bass using the Football Jigs technique and Sunline Super FC Sniper on Lake Hartwell. Additional comments from this report: "My partner and I had a good tournament with the key bait being a finesse jig. We heavily focused on fishing brush/cane/points which played out well. I recommend fishing long points and utilizing electronics to find those big spots. I would also have a top water on standby just in case the fish start schooling. Keep fishing never stop! "

Reported by
Timothy Skinnell
Smith Mountain Lake (VA)

Additional comments from this report: "Cought multiple fish on deep docks with a jig letting the jig soak 5 to 10 seconds before moving it look for docks on secondary points an main lake points an close to deep water access try to focus on docks with wood pilings seemed to work very well since there was no wind on the lake"

Reported by

Reported by
Chris Brewsaugh
Lake Conroe (TX)
Chris Brewsaugh reported catching Largemouth Bass using the Football Jigs technique and Seaguar Red Label 100% Fluorocarbon on Lake Conroe. Additional comments from this report: "After the early Morning bite was over on the dam I went back to the shallow rock piles and rip-rap along the road, bulk-head and bridges. I was trying different things, but Kristie stuck with the ole standby black and blue Dirty Jig Finesse Football jig with half of a Yamamoto 4" black and blue Senko. She was slaying them. Picture is of the larges one off a supe secret rock pile. LOL"

Chris Perkins reported catching Spotted Bass using the Football Jigs technique and Seaguar InvizX 100% Fluorocarbon on Lake Gaston. Additional comments from this report: "Secondary points leading to spawning pockets loaded with spotted bass. Points had to have some kind of rock and one had a shell bed. Jig, shaky head, and wobble head in green pumpkin with chartreuse tails or pinchers were key. Started out using summer craw patterns and found out anything with a chartreuse dip would work. "
