Seaguar InvizX 100% Fluorocarbon

$26.99 – $137.99

Reported by
Blake Tinsley

Big Marine Lake (MN)

Blake Tinsley reported catching Largemouth Bass using the Lipless Crankbaits technique and Seaguar InvizX 100% Fluorocarbon on Big Marine Lake. Additional comments from this report: "Good fishing, water temp was 66 degrees and very clear, fishing in 5-10 feet of water in weeds and long weed lines, all weeds had fish no difference in milfoil or Lilly pads or just regular weeds. lipless crank caught more fish than any other lure, yo-yo technique and just reeling in, jackhammer chatter bait in bhite delight with a electric shad zako trailer also worked, bass we’re definitely casing blue gill, all the hits were aggressive and the lipless got choked every-time. "

Brayden Klinksick

Smithville Lake (MO)

Brayden Klinksick reported catching Largemouth Bass using the Lipless Crankbaits technique and Seaguar InvizX 100% Fluorocarbon on Smithville Lake. Additional comments from this report: "I was cycling through the guts of pockets and flats that had grass beginning to grow in them. I was also cycling through baits and caught a couple on a firecraw jackhammer. If there was grass growing in the pocket, I could catch at least a few fish. I was bottom hopping my LV-500, and the fish were smashing it. I caught many fish in the 2.5-3.5 pound range with one 5 pound kicker. The best spot I found was a grass flat with a gravel bar in the middle of it on the eastern side of the lake, this is where i caught my kicker and a large portion of my better quality fish. "

Reported by
Will Burch

Patoka Lake (IN)

Will Burch reported catching Largemouth Bass using the Lipless Crankbaits technique and Seaguar InvizX 100% Fluorocarbon on Patoka Lake. Additional comments from this report: "One of my favorite baits in the pre-spawn is a lipless crank bait. I like to fish the bait around wood cover which can be trick at times. I pair this bait with a stouter rod and heavier line for this application. The longer stiffer rod allows me to steer my bait clear of wood. With a stouter rod paired with heavier line you can horse those big bass right out of cover and into your kayak. "

Sunline Super FC Sniper

$21.99 – $138.99

Reported by
Ma Xiong

Fox Lake (WI) (WI)

Ma Xiong reported catching Largemouth Bass using the Lipless Crankbaits technique and Sunline Super FC Sniper on Fox Lake (WI). Additional comments from this report: "Early motning fishing green vegetation and ripping the lipless through triggered the bites."

Reported by
Will S

Lake Marie (IL)

Will S reported catching Largemouth Bass using the Lipless Crankbaits technique and Sunline Super FC Sniper on Lake Marie. Additional comments from this report: "It’s been tough on the colder days on the water. Second week of April I caught one nice 2.67 lb bass on a Rattle Trap, yo-yoing it next to a docked pontoon!"

Reported by
Jason Glerum

Muskegon Lake (MI)

Seaguar Red Label 100% Fluorocarbon

$15.79 – $83.99

Reported by
Tim Blase

O'Dowd Lake (MN)

Tim Blase reported catching Largemouth Bass using the Lipless Crankbaits technique and Seaguar Red Label 100% Fluorocarbon on O'Dowd Lake. Additional comments from this report: "If the wind is blowing O'Dowd has a lot of natural funnel points. Focus your attention between the islands and points, anywhere the wind is pushing bait. Rip a lipless through the remaining weeds. I like to use a low stretch flurcarbon for this on a 7ft medium heavy rod. "

Reported by
Kyler Branaum

Cedar Creek Lake (KY)

Kyler Branaum reported catching Largemouth Bass using the Lipless Crankbaits technique and Seaguar Red Label 100% Fluorocarbon on Cedar Creek Lake. Additional comments from this report: "if you go at the right time and the water is clearer, you can yo-yo a lipless crankbait out deep and catch some solid fish! its something they usually only see in the spring time up shallow."

Reported by
Joe Drowns

Guntersville Lake (AL)

Joe Drowns reported catching Largemouth Bass using the Lipless Crankbaits technique and Seaguar Red Label 100% Fluorocarbon on Guntersville Lake. Additional comments from this report: "It was really tough yesterday with the dirty water and the floating grass! Most of the places I was catching fish were no longer fishable because of the floating grass! We made some changes and ran some fresh water and got about 15 in the boat. Now let’s talk baits! First of all, it’s important to remember what type of line you’re using. Especially when you’re casting crankbaits, use a fluorocarbon line. It sinks naturally, so it’s a better option. The deeper your crankbaits go, the deeper they’ll sink. That’s why it’s so important to make sure your crankbaits are at least 3, 5 or 7 feet deep. Rotate through them as you go. I personally have great success catching fish in fresh green Eel grass! "
