Additional comments from this report: "(6/10/2022 water temp low 70s) fished secondary points with a big swimbait looking for the right bites caught a few but not much wind blown banks and points got fish fired up to eat the big swimmer but if there wasn’t wind they lose interest. If there is some water between some docks try and parallel the best you can with the bank then chunk n wind. "

Look for shad hugging the bottom or jumping up top if the wind is right. "

Caught all my fish on a Magdraft or Jackhammer. "

Additional comments from this report: "Very good lake for some bass. Has a lot of smaller fish, but some better sized ones mixed in. Went out here on open water and put big swimbaits in my hand all day long. It is my favorite way to catch prespawn bass, and if you have never tried it. Definitely give the products above a try. All I was doing was working shallow flats with the magdraft, and if I found some isolated cover I would then pick up the S-Waver."

Additional comments from this report: "I caught this almost 9 lb. hybrid striped bass (wiper) fishing off the end of the dock by the boat ramp. I made a cast to open water, let it sink for a few seconds, and then started to reel it SLOWLY. A few seconds later…BOOM….it inhaled it!! It was an awesome fight and my first hybrid Striped Bass (wiper). Praise the Lord for the awesome catch!! "
