Hard Topwater (Popping)
Poppers are meant to be fished around hard structure where you want the ability to work a bait slower. They have a distinct shape with the head being cupped, creating a spitting action every time the bait is moved. The increased commotion on the water's surface is meant to imitate an injured bait fish, which means an easy meal.
